We are pleased to announce that our subsidiary and affiliated company in China have recently changed their names.
The name of Tamura Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., one of our subsidiaries in China, was changed to Tamura Corporation of China Ltd. effective October 1, 2011. In addition to development, sales, and other operations related to the current electronic components business, the new company has added to its range of responsibilities duties required for the management of group companies and shall supervise all Chinese operations of our group. The recent name change is a result of this reorganization.
Meanwhile, effective October 1, 2011, Hefei Ecu-Tamura Electric Co., Ltd., one of our affiliated companies, also changed its name to Hefei Ecriee-Tamura Electronics Co., Ltd.
