TAMURA Corporation delivered the first AMQ1100 to China Central Television (CCTV) in April 2008. It was highly evaluated for its performance providing the reliability and stability required for the live broadcasts of the Beijing Olympics, which led it to being used for the live broadcast of the national event “National Day Parade.” The outside broadcasting vans were equipped with the AMQ1100 ,and AMX-012 Portable Analog Mixer and the StageBox audio optical transmitter, a new product, was used at the broadcast location to successfully broadcast live the speech of President Hu Jintao, the military parade, and other events and thus earned a reputation for safety, security, and high reliability.
TAMURA Corporation has identified China as the most important growing market for overseas broadcasting and will use the live broadcast performance of the major national events of the Beijing Olympics and National Day Parade to meet the demand for new broadcasting stations and outside broadcasting vans and to expand its sales channels globally.
