Emergency Training
On the assumption of heavy-oil spill, we have carried out the following emergency
training. As a result, we were convinced of the importance and effectiveness of emergency training. |
- On the assumption of large quantity
of oil-spill during lubrication, we closed down
the oil-prevention bank using sandbags.
- We watered the oil-prevention bank in order to confirm if there was no oil-spill.
- We collected oil (water) on the underground tank using oil absorption mats.
- On the assumption of an oil leak from the oil-prevention bank and the plumbing,
we pumped-up leaked oil.
We
manually operated emergency suspension system of the oil pipes (pumps). This training was
conducted as a simulation.
- We confirmed if the pump functions
were suspended and if oilleaks around the pumps
were not found.
- On the assumption that the oil leaked
from the pipes in the boiler room, we collected
oil using oil absorption mats.
