FEATURES
Applicable from start to end of cell production
A cycle of operation from flux application, pre-heating, jet soldering to cooling can be made with a single unit of this equipment.It allows one-man operation of preparation for production, check and correction during the cycle from loading to unloading of the substrate.
 - Fluxer Section→Nozzle unit mounted in the system
Remote termination and remote start of the equipment, which enabled the equipment ready to start production.Filters are mounted on the top and underside the substrate carrying conveyer and the dust collector mounted on the back of the equipment, which enabled stable flux application and easy maintenance.
 - Circulating hot air pre-heater
Circulating hot air heating system, proven efficient in lead-free reflow soldering equipment, is adopted for pre-heating.
 - Mr. Flip solder bath, i.e. Tamura’s best-seller solder bath, is mounted.
