Management Philosophy
With the aim of fostering happiness among people, we at Tamura aim to be “your one and only company,”perfecting our unique and superior fortes in order to provide products and services that satisfy customers and society.

Structure of management philosophy
Established in April 2000, the Tamura Group Mission consists of an overriding Mission concept, which is the reason for the Tamura Group’s existence, complemented by the Vision and the Conduct Guidelines.
In addition to our aim to be “your one and only company,” this three-layered structure incorporates our desire to be a global company that is accepted by the international community, and also one which is a source of pride for its employees and keeps their dreams alive.
To us, fulfillment of the Tamura Group Mission through business activity is the Group’s corporate social responsibility.
